Legacy Care Adult Day Health Center proudly welcomes participants through the San Diego Regional Center. Our adult day program is designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities in building independence, forming meaningful relationships, and engaging in purposeful daily activities.

We offer a safe, inclusive environment with structured programming that includes life skills training, creative expression, and wellness support, all tailored to each participant’s needs and goals.

    During this process our team will have an opportunity to learn more about you, as well as additional information about the participant's medical history, emergency contacts, preference, etc.
